“Transformative Leadership Model Integration”
We seek the adoption and national integration of NYC-TLI’s Transformative Leadership Model as an national framework for youth mindset renewal, ethical governance, and visionary leadership. In partnership with the National Orientation Agency (NOA) and the Federal Ministry of Youth Development, this practical and values-driven system will be deployed nationwide — in schools, civic institutions, and youth programs — to raise a new generation of leaders capable of delivering Nigeria’s transformation.
