The National Youth Coalition for Transformative Leadership Initiative is a bold and timely initiative with the primary goal of mobilizing, training, and positioning young Nigerians for ethical, inclusive, and visionary leadership at all levels of society.
Our vision is anchored on a national transformation agenda that prepares young people to contribute to national development and take full ownership of the country’s future – particularly in the lead-up to the 2027 and 2031 general elections.
Our guiding vision is that by 2031, a youthful, thoughtful Nigerian with the vision-strategy and integrity to lead a new Nigeria will emerge as President, taking Nigeria and Africa into a new era of global relevance and transformation.
